“Desire.” Yesterday we did a live recording/broadcast of Anna Calvi and her band for npr “World Cafe”  Although we started with a slew of technical problems we pulled it off with the help of some great assistants and interns at premier studios. The band was extremely patient and a pleasure to be around and work with.   Anna is a great new talent and nominated for the prestigious “Mercury Prize” this year.  Check her out.
